Shipping & Returns
Orders are typically processed the following business day, excluding holidays and during high volume seasonal periods. Once payment details are approved, orders will be processed and shipped.
A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent when your order has been shipped. Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via DHL or USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical ship time for DHL is 2-5 days, while USPS First Class International can take up to three weeks in transit. We highly recommend purchasing Route shipping insurance with your order when choosing the USPS First Class International ship option. Regardless of whether or not you have chosen to purchase shipping insurance, we are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in the mail.
If you have placed an order shipping to a destination outside the US, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client's local government on top of our shipping cost. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value. Items will be shipping from Los Angeles, California (United States), with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US Dollars.
Due to the handcrafted nature and limited edition of garments, all sales are final. There are no returns and no refunds. If you have questions and need assistance, please contact us prior to placing your order. We are happy to assist you.
