Anaak is designed to feel unfussy and fit relaxed and oversized. See our Size Guide chart for size measurements and take into consideration when placing an order.
Anaak is made in small batch production in limited editions. Each season, a curated collection of styles, fabric, color, and size is available online. Once a style or color is sold out, it will not be restocked.
However, you can find our signature core styles available year-round in the Classics section of the online shop.
My Order
Anaak is a small business, and online orders are automatically processed through the website and an individual from our team will pick-and-pack your order from our design studio. Therefore, once orders are placed on the website and an email confirmation is issued, they cannot be changed or canceled.
Anaak ships internationally from our studio based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States through UPS Worldwide. See our Shipping Policy for shipping rates.
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned. See our Returns Policy.
If there are no issues with your order and it is confirmed by Anaak, it will ship in the next 1- 2 business days, excluding Public Holidays recognized in the United States. During Holiday busy seasons, orders may ship in the next 2- 4 business days.
Online orders are shipped from the Anaak studio in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.

Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to orders once they have been placed. All items purchased on promotion or sale are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Materials & Care
Anaak is made of all-natural fibers. Wash care instructions are labeled in each garment. For most of our styles, we recommend environmentally friendly Dry Clean Only.
For special artisan pieces like the Hand-Pleated styles, follow the care instructions provided on the hangtag.
Anaak is not responsible for any damages from the customer wash care.
Returns
In the event that your order does not work out, we accept qualifying returns for store credit if requested within five (5) days of receipt. Please see our Returns Policy for full conditions.
