Anaak ships orders from Monday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays recognized in the United States. Orders are shipped in the next 1–2 business days from order confirmation. During Holiday busy seasons, orders may require up to 2–4 business days to ship.
Domestic Shipping is $15 Flat Rate. UPS Ground is the carrier and service. Expedited shipping service is unavailable. If Signature Required For Delivery is selected, there is an additional $5 Service Fee. We cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Once an order is fulfilled, an email confirming the order has shipped, along with the UPS tracking number, will be emailed to the customer.

Anaak is not responsible for Domestic Shipping delays, lost or stolen packages.
International orders are sold in USD and final sale. They cannot be exchanged or returned. International Shipping rates are determined by the region and provided below. UPS is the carrier and service.
Canada: $30 Flat Rate
Australia and New Zealand: $65 Flat Rate
All other countries: $50 Flat Rate
Anaak is not responsible for import fees, taxes or any other customs fees. Any refused International package will be refunded upon return receipt withholding return shipping costs.
UPS Worldwide Shipping Schedule:
International Shipping estimated shipping times can be exclusive of Customs processing. Customs is government sanctioned and determined by individual countries. They are independent of shipping carriers, and therefore, Customs may take more or less than the shipping time estimate.
Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
South and Central America: 4–7 business days
Middle East: 4–7 business days
East Asia and Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 7–10 business days

Exchanges and Returns
Anaak is a small business that creates small-batch production and limited artisan pieces. Orders are fulfilled by an individual team member at the design studio.
Due to the size and nature of our business, we can only offer store credit for Exchanges and Returns. All items purchased on promotion or sale are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Qualifying Exchanges and Returns will only be accepted from Domestic Orders.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and all original tags are attached. If there are signs of wear, Anaak reserves the right to deny the exchange or return.
- Exchanges and Returns must first be approved by Anaak. Exchanges and Returns sent without Anaak approval are not eligible for store credit.
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) days from the order delivery date as recorded by the shipment tracking.
- Communicate the reasons for the exchange or return and provide images as needed.
If the exchange or return is approved by Anaak, the customer will receive an email confirming the exchange/return with a Return Acquisition number. The Return Acquisition number must be on both the outside and inside the package. If not, the package will be returned to the sender and the exchange/return will be denied.
- There will be a 5% restocking Service Fee.
- Customers are responsible for organizing the return shipment and shipping costs to the below address.

- We recommend emailing Anaak with the return shipping tracking number. If the return shipment is lost or stolen, Anaak is not responsible.
- Once the return items are received by Anaak, they will be inspected for original condition.
- If the condition is approved, the exchange or return will be processed in 2–4 business days upon receipt.
- Store Credits will be provided in 3–5 business days.

Each of Anaak’s products is handmade by highly skilled artisans from spinning yarns, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, and embroidery. Our pieces are also created in small batch production. Due to the nature of the process, fabric and color may vary from piece to piece. In addition, there may be unevenness in the fabric yarn, surface, and print. This is not a damage or fault, but a beautiful characteristic intrinsic to the artisan, handmade process.

Communicate the identified damage and provide images as needed. Anaak will review the information and assess on a case-by-case basis.
